When you send us an order via our online store, your credit card security is a high priority. We have taken numerous steps to ensure
that your payment information is processed confidentially, accurately and securely. Communilect uses Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology that protects your credit card information. SSL encrypts all
ordering information (name, address, credit card number) so no one can read it as it travels over the Internet. All credit card orders that we receive will be billed by us as Communilect and will appear as
such on your credit card statement.

Ordering Online

When ordering online simply browse our online store and select an item, clicking on the “Add To Basket” or “Buy One Now” buttons. You can
continue shopping or click on the “Check Out” link on our main menu bar to complete your order. Clicking on the “Shopping Basket” link on our main menu bar will allow you to change the quantity if needed.

Ordering By Phone

You may order by phone by calling our customer service department at 1.800.609.5822. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
You may also request that we create a personal company account for which we can invoice you directly for products.
Our office ours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m Pacific Time Monday through Friday.

Ordering By Fax

You may fax your order by completing our Fax Order Form and faxing it to 1.805.435.1427. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may also request that we create a personal company account for which we can invoice you directly for products. Faxes may be sent to our Order Department 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
