Communilect is committed to working with you to ensure that every product we sell meets and exceeds expectations. We want you to be
completely satisfied with your online purchases.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Communilect will provide a refund subject to the following restrictions:
- We receive request for refund within 30 days from date of purchase. No refunds will be made for requests made after 30 days from date of
purchase.
- All
products must be returned with a Return Authorization number (RMA#).
Please contact us at 1.805.525.3337 to request an RMA#. This
number must appear on the outside of the box when you return the
products.
- All RMA#'s are valid for 15 days.
- All products must be returned in original condition including packaging, documentation, manuals, and materials.
- Please note: We cannot accept collect or postage-due return shipments, and we are not responsible for uninsured packages that are lost in
transit. We strongly suggest that you insure your packages.
- All returned products are subject to a 25% restocking fee of original retail price and all non-products related fees (shipping, transaction and insurance) are
non-refundable.
- Upon receipt of your return, we'll promptly process it and refund money. Credit cards refunds will be made immediately, but allow time for
credit to appear on your statement.
